Guided Meditation sessions are offered on a scheduled basis. Come and participate in a small group setting (1-10) for a guided meditation with sound bath. Guided meditation has been proven to have many health benefits. Some of the health benefits of meditation include: Better sleep, lower stress and anxiety, improved self-awareness and concentration.
The Guided meditations will be led by various practitioners. The meditation will end with a sound bath of various instruments including Tibetan bowls, crystal singing bowls, gong, and chimes.
